The nicely refurbished room had a beautiful view. the bed was exceptionally comfortable. - A safe, a mini bar, and central heating were a bonus. - It had a very central location close to a tram stop.

the venue is fairly clean and huge, views are beautiful, the location is favourable adjacent to a park and a lovely church, and wawel and old town. the rooms are silent and new-fashioned, equipped with central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel tv. the hotel provided a great customer service during our business trip. plus, public parking nearby is available for guests with cars.

The location was lovely, for example, a restored synagogue was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Further, it was very close to trams, buses and emergency vehicles running most of the time and many essential shops and food options nearby. Booked a room with proper blinds.
